“The reformer machine is like a good old friend, I miss it when not around” –  It’s similar to a rowing machine in that it gives resistance through springs and pulleys on a moving bed. A reformer practice adds an exciting challenge and intensity to a Pilates workout – a whole body workout that will definitely make you sweat. Or the exercises can  be performed in a more gentle way and you use the resistance from the springs to gradually build strength, recover from an injury and regain functional movement. We recommend starting with a pre-assessment (initial private session £50) or for best results a pre-assessment and 3 follow up private sessions (total: £195).  You can get used to the machines and the teacher can help you work in the best way for you and achieve the results you want.

Our group classes are semi-private classes of max 4 people to one teacher

Classes become like practicing with friends at home with an expert on hand. You can join a beginners reformer class either after a minimum of 6 mat classes so you have the basics of Pilates. Or for best results have a private session or 3 sessions.  It is more effective if the teacher knows you and can direct you accordingly. Contact us for private sessions
