Classes are designed to take you through from your growing bump to introducing your baby to the world. Whilst also getting some mum time to prepare or recover and help you through this challenging but wonderful stage of your life. We offer small group classes tailored to your needs. You can also book private group sessions with friends or NCT groups. Contact us here with a time suitable and number of people. Private groups start from £80 for 2 people or save money and have up to 4 people for a reformer practice and up to 8 for a mat practice. 

We have specific group pre-natal Pilates, the MUTU System with a MUTU Pro and post natal Pilates.  For pre or post natal reformer Pilates you can create your own group or express your interest here to join another group.
