POST NATAL PILATES
This class offers new mums the chance to return to exercise in a safe and gradual way. The session is bespoke and tailored to your post-natal needs whilst being intimate, allowing you the chance to have personal and undivided attention. Of course, your babies will be welcome as spectators! Focus on closing abdominal gaps, recovering core strength and pelvic floor health.
