Return to exercise in a safe and gradual way

The session is bespoke and tailored to your post-natal needs whilst being intimate, allowing you the chance to have personal and undivided attention as you work through Pilates exercises to strengthen your core and regain pelvic floor health. Of course, your babies will be welcome as spectators!

Join a group class following your 6 week post natal check.  If you have any particular conditions or are new to Pilates we recommend a pre-assessment (an initial private session for £50) to introduce you to the practice or help you manage your injuries/condition as you practice. To book a pre-assessment please contact us with times you are available.

Group classes are on Thursdays 11am

These classes take a maximum of 8 people and are very popular. BOOK ONLINE HERE and choose 2 for 1 mat class at the checkout to get your first two classes from the price of 1.

You can also book private group sessions with friends or NCT groups. Contact us here with a time suitable and number of people. Private groups start from £75 for 2 people or save money and have up to 4 people for a reformer practice and up to 8 for a mat practice.
