The original method of Pilates is mat Pilates. A challenging workout of controlled movements designed to strengthen and stretch your entire body. The true practice is a fantastic mind - body routine that takes time to master. Start with the foundations and progress to advanced movement to feel in the best physical condition possible

Start or master your practice. Learn the foundations, check your are using the right muscle groups, manage injuries, and achieve your goals faster

50 mins assessment - £85


An assessment is for those new to the practice looking to learn the basics - a postural assessment and how it feels.

60 minutes is recommended unless on time constraints

Duet or semi private

Start or master your practice with a loved one (duet), or someone we find (semi-private) to support and challenge one another

50 minute sessions

Enjoy a practice with loved ones, friends, colleagues, NCT groups. At a time to suit you

In the studio with mats and equipment provided. Babies welcome as spectators
